The Tent Committee is responsible for setting up the Easy Ups, Tables, and Chairs in the Courtyard every weekend.

If you need a tent, table, and chairs setup for your organization, please make a reservation with Therese Martinez in the Pastoral office by Wednesday close of business prior to the weekend of your need. How to help

We are all volunteers. We typically do the setup at 5:00 pm on Saturdays after the last wedding.

We have a rotating schedule of 2 person teams that each serve about once per month.

We also help with the setup for special events held in the Courtyard such as the International Festival and the Taste of Diamond Bar.
